The current NSF E-CORE (25-523) and E-RISE (25-522) solicitations require principal investigators to provide the jurisdictional steering committee notice of their intent to submit a proposal prior to submission. A copy of the letter provided to the jurisdictional steering committee must be included under the supplemental documents section of the proposal. A response or approval from the jurisdictional steering committee is not required.

Notice of Intent to Submit

Please use this link to submit your letter informing the ND EPSCoR State (Jurisdictional) Steering Committee of your intention to submit an E-CORE or E-RISE proposal. Please include the following in your letter:

  • the title of the proposal

  • the PI and all co-PIs including their institution

  • all additional collaborators including their institutions or organizations

  • a brief project summary (under 250 words).
